搞错了，跟 sapi 无关，是用了 Memcached::OPT_BINARY_PROTOCOL 时，get miss 时延时超长，最终定位到一个两年前的已经在官网汇报的 issue，并且该 issue 一直无人理睬 https://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=59434
